Buttermilk Waffles
Buttermilk Waffles are a common thing in my house. A favorite of my man and me. We have a slick waffle oven and the finest recipe on hand. The recipe is from an older version of the Joy of Cooking, and is truly a winner. This time around we added oh so delicious blueberries. The key to excellent waffles is to remember to put in all the ingredients. Leaving any out, especially ones as significant as butter will yield fine but not optimal results.
